Welcome to our charming apartment in Baia Ciriga, a natural oasis near Pozzallo, located in beautiful Sicily! This spacious, comfortable and newly renovated (2023) apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation by the sea. With two double bedrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea, it is the ideal place to spend your holidays in complete tranquility! The space Villa Marina is an apartment located on the first and last floor of an independent house just a short walk from the sea. The apartment consists of two double rooms, two bathrooms, a large living area and a large terrace. The double rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning, flat screen TV, work area and are both equipped with private bathrooms. Both bathrooms consist of a sink, toilet, bidet and a large walk-in shower and are equipped with a hair dryer and set of towels. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances: refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, there are also pots and dishes needed for meals. In the living area you can find a dining table with four seats, a comfortable sofa, and a flat screen television. Like the bedrooms, the living area is also equipped with independent air conditioning. From the living area you access the large terrace with sea view. This area is ideal for alfresco dining, as there is a sun awning to shade an additional table with chairs, or for sunbathing on the lounge chairs provided to guests of the property. The entire apartment is covered by Wi-Fi network provided free of charge to guests. There is free and free parking available for a car on the private street that leads to the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the private road from the main road to the house and the private street (50 meters) that leads from the property to the beach.
