Nice little country house with very large garden 30 minutes from the Abbey of Bec Hellouin and the Château du Champ de Bataille. Perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. With its large garden you will spend wonderful moments in this lovely little charming house. The house has a large fireplace inside while the outside will delight you with the large garden table under the trees, the barbecue and the multiple games for young and old. The space The property is surrounded by a very large garden. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people. On the ground floor you will find - a first living room with a large fireplace and adjoining dining room with a large table for 6 people. - a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, stove, oven etc... everything is there. - one bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs you will discover the typical layout of Norman houses, with a suite of rooms: - a workspace with a large desk - one bedroom with a small desk and a single bed - a bedroom/living room area with single bed, a 3-seater sofa and a TV equipped with a games console, DVDs and a Netflix account available - one bedroom with a double bed Please note that all these rooms are in a row and there is no separation between the rooms. Linens and towels are provided, as in all Idylliq properties. You can enjoy the garden and eat outdoors, a barbecue is available. Possibility to park several cars inside the property. ***For families*** The property is ideal for families! Young and old can let off steam in the large garden and enjoy the games available. In the house you will find water pistols, cricket equipment, racket sets, balls, NERF pistols etc... In short, something to have fun with during the long summer days. Inside you will find board games, books for the whole family as well as a TV with Netflix. ***In the surrounding area*** The house is located in the heart of the Normandy region, less than 2 hours from Paris, you will be ideally located to visit the area, enjoy nature. For example, you can visit the Perche (45 min) or go to the beach in Deauville (1 hour).
