Other things to note • In case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, a cleaning and cleaning fee is required every 7 days. • In case the guest does not leave by the check-out time or leaves the apartment in an above-average untidy condition, a fee is charged. • Visitors are allowed with prior notice. • Before check in guest needs to send ID for all guests and declare their stay to the tourist office, throught Our and Croatian online system. • In case of urgent need, guests should allow the owner, handyman, employees of the company that manages the apartment, and authorized persons to enter the apartment.
