Chalet in the countryside

The chalet offers a big sun terrace and is situated on a big green property with fruit trees and a garden with strawberries, blueberries, and other small berries. The chalet is situated in a calm neighbourhood where the center of the village is only a 5-min.-walk away. There you can find small grocery-stores, a butcher, a bank and a tobacconist. Only a few steps away there is the soccer ground, the public swimming-pool as well as a beachvolleyball court and a tennis court. The space In the chalet there is a very cozy living room and kitchen and dining-room. In the spacious kitchen there is a big fridge, coffe machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. In the bedroom there is a double-bed - 160cm width - and a wardrobe. If required, I can offer a cot for babies or a small bed for kids (70x160cm). In the living room there is a NEW couch, which can be used for sleeping as well. The bathroom provides a shower, a wash bowl, a toilet, an electric heater for towels, a hairdryer and cupboards. There are two separate air conditioning units available, one is situated in the bedroom, the other is situated in the living room. They can be controlled separately for cooling in summer and heating in winter. On the spacious sun terrace you can relax in the hanging chair and enjoy the view. Around the chalet there is a green oasis with fruit trees, strawberries, blueberries and other fruits, please enjoy. Guest access Please access the terrace via the steps on the left side of the chalet. Next to the entry door there is a small keybox. Other things to note The chalet is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on a large property near the center of the village. After a short 5-min.-walk you can reach small grocery stores, a hybrid-grocery store with self-service opening hours, a butcher, a bank and a tobacconist. Next to the chalet there is a soccer ground, beachvolleyball ground, tennis court and a public swimming pool. For nature-lovers there is a wide range of walking and hiking trails in the green and wooden landscape around.
