The space The apartment is located on the second floor with access via stairs, recently renovated. To welcome you there is a large and cozy veranda overlooking the adjacent hills, followed by a kitchen and living room equipped with a smart TV. There are two bedrooms, the larger one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. The apartment also has a double sofa bed that can be easily converted if needed and a high chair for children. The bathroom, bright and spacious, is equipped with a shower, bidet and essentials. The entire floor is air-conditioned with air conditioning and radiators, wi-fi connection and is equipped with appliances. Outside, there is also a garden where you can have lunches, dine outdoors or simply spend time relaxing. From June to August, the pool and barbecue are available for use. Thanks to its location, Casa di Sara is an interesting destination for reaching the cultural riches and natural beauty of the capital, Massarosa, in a few minutes. You can visit the natural oasis of Lake Massaciuccoli, the famous Villa of Giacomo Puccini, the Migliarino San Rossore Natural Park, the Lotus Flower Trail, the Herb and Flower Trail, ancient Roman ruins, fortified villages, Romanesque churches and much more. Staying in the town of Stiava will also allow you to easily reach the main seaside and tourist destinations of Versilia, being in fact just 12 minutes from Viareggio, 10 minutes from Lido di Camaiore ("La Prima Estate" concert area), 17 minutes from Pietrasanta, 25 km from Lucca, 26 km from Pisa, 90 km from Florence.
