Welcome to L'Évasion! A nice studio tastefully renovated by the sea, ideal for a getaway to Menton, the pearl of France! Enjoy a private balcony with a nice sea view, perfect for your leisure time. Walking distance, beaches, shops and restaurants are 4 min away, the SNCF train station is 2 min away, and a bus stop is at the foot of the building. Between the Italian border and the old town of Menton, it's the perfect location to explore the French Riviera! The space Our studio is located on the 4th floor and offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, whether for vacation or teleworking. The main room has a double bed 140 x 190 cm with comfortable bedding (sheets, pillows and duvet provided), a desk area that can also be used as a dressing table, as well as storage with iron and ironing board. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a large 4K TV with access to many channels, Netflix and YouTube, as well as high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. The kitchen, open to the living room with a dining area, is fully equipped to prepare your meals: fridge with small freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided). The bathroom, bright thanks to its window, includes a shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. Towels and bath linen are provided. You can also enjoy a balcony with a nice sea view, furnished with a table and two chairs for your moments of relaxation. A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation with our recommendations and all the useful information to facilitate your stay.
