Rental includes an upstairs living area/bedroom; downstairs includes fully equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and garage space you can set-up folding tables and chairs to enjoy a meal. The space It's a quiet community, walking distance to the downtown area with some nice shops, restaurants, a movie theater, gourmet popcorn shop, coffee shop, library, and more. Guest access The entire Bonus Place (garage, kitchen, bathroom, upstairs living area/bedroom) is available for your private use.
