We would like to extend a warm welcome to our peaceful and homely flat, which is conveniently situated in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis, a centre for technology and innovation that provides a complete community living. Located in close proximity to important commercial and tourism areas, as well as within a 15-minute drive of Dubai International Airport. The apartment features high-quality furnishings and a kitchen that is equipped to accommodate extended visits. Other things to note This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of AED 2,000 in case of any violation. (Smoking on the balcony is allowed.) Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.
