Cutlery Cleaning charges : If you don't take up the food option and utilize just the kitchen cutlery, Rs 1000 will be charged which will also include the washing of these used cutlery. Kitchen access: It is limited to the chef and caretaker of the villa. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of ₹10000 is required at check-in. Refund Process: The deposit will be refunded at checkout, pending a damage inspection. Conditions: The deposit is refundable unless there is damage to the property, or violations of house rules.
