Off-street parking for up to 2 cars (or boat), plus on street parking. No garage access. Bedding Configuration: Master – 1 x Queen Bed Bed 2 – 1 x Queen Bed Bed 3 – 1 x Tri Bunk + 1 x Single Bed Bed 4 – 1 x Tri Bunk + 1 x Single Bed Linen and bath towels provided. BYO swimming towels. This home is equipped with 2 TVs, 2 fridges, full kitchen and laundry facilities. The air-conditioning is both evaporative throughout and there is also a split system in the Kitchen / living area. Heating is provided by woodfire and reverse cycle and a gas log fire in 2nd living area. BBQ/Outdoor Dining. Please note the home is nestled among permanent residents near the Pyke Street boat ramp and encourages a peaceful atmosphere. Small, non-shedding dogs (maximum 2) permitted on request. You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property. Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga. No Wi-Fi provided.
