Other things to note Please take note the below before you book: 1)We will collect RM200 for security deposit from the guest a day before guest check in by online transfer or bank in to the host. Security deposit will be refunded 2 working days after check out, with everything is in good condition for the unit. *One unit only provided 1 free indoor car park only *Host will request IC or passport ( for foreigner) before check in. *Expected some noise due to renovation nearby *Only ONE (1) access card (lift) and ONE (1) carpark access card is provided. No extra card. The lost of each access card will be charged for a replacement cost of RM200/pc 2) After registration is done, guest must go to the designated mail box area to collect the access card and parking card. 3) Check-In Time: 3:00 PM, but early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability. 4) Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM, but late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. 5) The cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service is available including long stays. Any cleaning service request will be charged RM80/session. (Prior to 1-2days notice) 6) For any unremovable stain/damage/missing items/ smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under the cleaning fee. 7) Please switch off all air-conditioners and lights when you are not inside the premise. 7) No pets are allowed in the apartments. Guests having pets in the apartments will be charged for damages and/or cleaning. 8) Rubbish is NOT ALLOWED to placed anywhere outside the room. Rubbish need to be thrown at the refuse room (please refer to the map behind the main door). 9) Guest is fully responsible for their owned valuables safety during their stay. Kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay especially when you are going in public area. 10)We have a special discounted rate for long stay guests above 7 nights. Anyway, for stays over than 20 nights , will have a extra charges for electricity if the present month electric bill more than RM500, or whichever comes first. 11) It’s hard to always be on time. However, to avoid delays in cleaning schedule for next guests, additional fees of RM50/hour will be imposed for late check-out.
