The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive. The space Close to Embrun, Ecrins and Lake Serre-Ponçon, Châteauroux-les-Alpes is the ideal location and will be the starting point for your favorite activities! Our accommodation has three bedrooms with double beds (2 in 160 x 200 and 1 in 140 x 190), a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, a very functional bathroom and a large living room, with sofa bed and TV including Netflix, Disney Plus... (Non-functional fireplace) Ideally located in a very quiet area, 35 minutes from the Foret Blanche Risoul Vars, Les Orres and Réallon ski resorts. For your summer activities, we are 10 minutes from the Embrun water park and 15 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon From the house, you can go on nice hikes. You can discover beautiful landscapes including the majestic Pisse waterfall of Châteauroux-les-Alpes. Guest access Access to the apartment by an external staircase, you will have total independence. You will have parking space. Please note, we cannot accommodate more than 2 cars! Other things to note The accommodation must be returned in the condition in which it was found: clean and free of household waste.
