Loxi’s is a brand new build ,upon entering the home you will feel relaxed with a sitting room with a comfy hair and ottoman sit back and unwind with a glass of wine,read a book or just watch the world go by,there are books and card games and board games for the whole family to enjoy and some toys for the kiddies . The space Loxi’s has a Master bedroom with Queen size bed , walk in Robe and spacious ensuite with walk in shower and separate toilet. Also has Smart Tv .On the ground floor there is a powder room and full laundry then step into the hub of the home to the kitchen/lounge/dining area plenty of seating and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for you and your guests. There is a private alfresco area with a tv and seating for 6 guests .On the second level of the home you will find a lounge area with a TV and DVD player ,relax and watch movies. The Main bathroom with bath and separate shower also separate toilet. The second bedroom is Queen size also .The third bedroom has 2 x single beds .Loxi’s is sun filled with lots of big windows. Guest access Guests at Loxi’s have access to the entire home including double lock up garage and alfresco outdoor space ,it’s fully fenced for the kiddies and the Fury kiddies too.
