Just a stone's throw from Piraeus port (5' by metro or car), you will feel the sea breeze in our fully renovated (2024) and equipped apartment. 2nd floor, spacious 62sqm (667sqf), only 400m from Nikea Metro Station (2 stops from Piraeus, 6 from the center of Athens). Situated in a neighborhood with many nearby amenities and easy parking. Ideal for families, couples or friends who want to explore the capital but also travel to the Greek islands! Our goal is an unforgettable experience! The space The apartment combines modern and vintage design. There are 3 ACs (one in each room), 2 smart Tvs (65 and 43 inches), oven, big fridge and freezer, microwave oven, electric boiler, electric coffee pot and a washer. There's also a 27sqm (290sqf) balcony, accessible from every single room; the best place to enjoy summer evenings. Guest access From Athens Airport El. Venizelos (ATH) to Nikea metro station: There is an elevated pedestrian bridge which connects the Airport terminal to the metro station. The distance is less than 5 minutes. Metro line M3 (blue line) departs every 30 minutes from the Athenian airport and it goes directly to Nikea, no changes needed. The trip lasts around 45' and once you get to Nikea the apartment is 5 minutes walk. Piraeus port: The largest port of Greece, Piraeus port is just 2 metro stations away from our apartment. You can get to Piraeus easy and fast, less than 10 minutes in total, from where you can take the ferry to any Greek Island! Center of Athens: The center of our capital city is also very easy to reach! By metro (underground) from Nikea station is only 6 stops to Monastiraki station which is located in the heart of Athens. The trip won't last more than 15 minutes. Shops: There are 3 super markets and 2 mini markets 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment, with the mini markets being open 24h except Sundays that they work till midnight. There are 2 pharmacies same distance and 4 coffee places. 2km from the apartment there is a hospital and a department of the university of Piraeus. Transportation is very easy, there's a bus station 30 meters on the left and the metro station from where you can go everywhere is just 400 meters. Registration Details 00003035965
