This luxurious Villa is nestled in the heart of Assagaon - Goa’s most culturally vibrant and green areas - & close to the Vagator (13 minutes) & Anjuna (17 minutes ) beaches. Located in a gated community, the Villa has three spacious bedrooms, a private pool, a steam room, & serviced by caretakers. The Villa offers a perfect blend of opulence and tranquility, & provides a perfect base for a serene retreat or to explore Goa’s vibrant culture or its beaches. The space The Villa has three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms on the first floor, each with an en-suite washroom. One of the washrooms features a luxurious bath tub and another washroom features a steam room – a real treat for those looking to relax both mind and body. The exquisitely appointed ground floor common areas flow seamlessly to a beautiful private pool (& outdoor shower), surrounded by a charming sit-out area, perfect for sunbathing or evening relaxation. Other amenities the Villa has: ➤ Serviced by caretakers, who handle check-in/check-out & luggage, arrange daily housekeeping and upon request make simple breakfast, tea / coffee & serve delivered food (Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy deliver). (See ‘Other details to note’ below for more information). ➤ Basic toiletries, fresh linens and towels (changed every alternate day and before every check-in). ➤ Washing machine. ➤ WiFi, Smart TVs & a large speaker. ➤ Board and card games to interest most, including adults. ➤ 24x7 Security (part of the gated community). ➤ 24 hours power backup and stabilizer. Location and Nearby Attractions: ➤ Located in the heart of Assagaon, the Villa is a short drive from the pristine Vagator beachfront (13 minutes) and the lively Anjuna beachfront (17 minutes). The quiet beaches of Morjim and Ashvem beaches are only 30 mins from the Villa. Assagao itself is very vibrant and can be endlessly explored: ➤ Dining and Entertainment: Assagaon is renowned for its exceptional culinary scene, with top-rated restaurants, pubs, and cafes such as Saké, Jamun, Gunpowder, Babka, Mustard Cafe, Mojigao, and Tamil Table. Whether you’re looking for a gourmet meal or a cozy café, you’ll find it here. ➤ Yoga and Wellness: The area is home to the Purple Valley Yoga Retreat, renowned for its serene yogashala and experienced teachers. ➤ Shopping: Assagaon offers a variety of boutique shops, perfect for those interested in unique shopping experiences. We will be happy to provide local recommendations. House Rules and Expectations: ➤ Please see the 'House Rules' in the 'Things to know' section. Please read the 'Additional Rules' for the role of the caretakers, the requirement of a security deposit and other relevant information. Other properties: ➤ We manage other villas in the same gated community. Please check the profile for the other listings. Guest access Guests have 24x7 access to the entire villa, including the private pool, steam room, and outdoor shower. Other things to note Caretaker duties: Our caretakers' regular working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM. Caretakers have their separate quarters and only enter the Villa to perform their functions and upon guest request. Caretaker's duties are: • To check-in the guests and help with luggage. • To cook booked meals (see House Rules). • To make tea/coffee once a day (thermos’s provided), upon request. • To clean the Villa once a day, upon request (₹500 payable for gutka / vomit cleaning). • To clean utensils once a day, upon request. • To provide linen and toiletries to the guests (changed every alternate day). Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of ₹15,000 to be given at the time of check-in. This is returned after the caretakers have had the opportunity to inspect the Villa on the day of the checkout, subject to any damages [specifically, linen stained with gutka, paan, blood, food, make-up or other hard to remove stains are counted as damaged - ₹500 for towels, ₹300 for pillows and ₹1200 for other linen deductible for each such piece]. Food: The staff can be requested to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner, if available, for a charge of ₹1,500 per meal (excluding groceries). If the caretaker is required to clean the utensils more than once a day, a charge of ₹300 is payable to the caretakers. A professional chef can also be arranged for any meal (if required, please contact). Late Check-out and Early Check-in: Subject to availability and chargeable. Safety of belongings: Guests are responsible for taking care of their own valuables and belongings and should secure them accordingly. Guests may request a locker if required. No pets and no smoking inside the Villa (smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas, including the balcony and pool area). To discourage smoking indoors, we have instituted a fine of ₹5,500/. Music can be played outdoors till 7 PM (no time restrictions on playing music indoors). However, we request you to be mindful not to create excessive noise, for the convenience of all, including neighbours. 10 PM to 7 AM are quiet hours. ₹2,500 to be paid for lost keys.
