Let yourself be seduced by the charm of this country house, carefully renovated and fully air-conditioned, offering all the comforts for a peaceful vacation, with its private heated pool and large garden. A stone's throw from the Dordogne and leisure center (swimming, canoes, tree climbing...) you are in the heart of the Périgord Noir, only 3 km from Beynac and 15 km from Sarlat; close to many tourist sites (castles, caves and medieval villages). The space Inside: The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare good meals, while the living room becomes the friendly place to share a dinner and relax in front of a movie or series thanks to our Netflix subscription, Chromecast and Bluetooth speaker. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower, toilet and towel dryer. On the night side, two air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and wardrobe: one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with a 140 x 200 bed and a bath area. A relaxation area and office with high-speed WiFi. And to make your stay more convenient, a full laundry room is at your disposal. Outside: The charm continues outside, in a peaceful setting for young and old. The large garden, the private heated pool (from April 15 to the end of September) and the covered terrace invite you to relax, between a barbecue, a game of pétanque or a refreshing dip. And at dawn as well as at dusk, the show is on: the hot air balloons rise into the sky and sometimes pass over the house. A suspended moment, simply magical. Other things to note Baby equipment is available (extra bed, highchair); please request it. A small bathtub, sunbed, change mattress, and night light are already in the listing. Bikes and outdoor games (badminton set, petanque balls, swing and children's games) are available in the garage.
