As you step through the front door, you are greeted by an expansive living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic views of the sparkling sea ahead. The interiors are a fusion of contemporary style and classic elements, featuring tasteful furnishings, neutral colour palettes, and rich textures that exude comfort and refinement. Two large viewing decks make up the perfect setting for al fresco dining or to enjoy sunset cocktails while you savor the beauty of the surrounding landscape. As the evening descends, Mimosa Sunsets transforms into a magical retreat with views of the silhouette of Suvarnadurga Fort and the twinkling lights of the coastal town of Harnai. Layout: - Stepping inside, you are welcomed by a spacious and elegantly decorated living area. The interior design reflects functionality and simplicity, with light, breezy fabrics, and furniture that seamlessly merges comfort with sophistication. - One bedroom is on the ground floor while two are on the upper floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony to enjoy the sunset views. - The bedrooms are havens of relaxation, each offering a private sanctuary with comfortable beds and plush furnishings. Wake up to the gentle sound of waves and the caress of a refreshing sea breeze as you step onto your private balcony to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Arabian sea waters. - The highlight of the villa are the two expansive viewing decks which offer an unobstructed panorama of the sea. The perfect setting for relaxation or entertainment, the decks are the perfect spot to bask in the warm sunlight of the setting sun or marvel at the star-studded night sky. - The adjacent building has a games room with indoor games like carrom, playing cards and other board games. It also has a mini theatre where you can enjoy your favourite movies munching on snacks and bites. - The adjacent building is the service area for the Caretakers with drivers accommodation and some areas will be inaccessible for guests. - The Villa has an inverter backup of 10 hours. AC and geysers will need to be turned off during power cuts. Guest access No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool, etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighbouring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note - Outside food is not allowed in the villa. - Pets are not allowed in the villa. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. - Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply. - Mandatory Refundablw Security Deposit: ₹ 9000 per room - This is a 3-bedroom sea-facing villa. - Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, viewing decks, sunken fire pit, games room, mini theatre, plunge pool, and WiFi. - The staff at this home comprises people including the chef, caretakers, and the property manager to cater to any and all your getaway needs. - There are CCTV cameras installed in the living room, common areas, and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored. - Up to 2 cars can be parked on site. - There is no powder room. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional charge. - The adjacent building is the service area for the Caretakers and won’t be accessible for guests. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, the home has an inverter backup of 10 hours. AC and geysers will need to be turned off during power cuts. We do not have a GenSet in this home. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At Mimosa Sunsets, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
