With a capacity of 4 to 6 people, 2 large bedrooms equipped with a TV, a spacious and warm living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kitchen equipment...) and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer, this chalet will offer you a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. A fully enclosed plot and a large, well-exposed terrace are at your disposal. For your comfort, towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. On site and to complete the stay of young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and ping-pong tables are at your disposal. Not to mention the possibility, from April to September, to spend a good time in an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness room. For nature lovers, we have large forest areas nearby. On foot, by bike or rollerblading, the Voie Verte de la Vallée de l'Eure offers a 28-kilometer country route between St Georges Motel and Breuilpont. 15 minutes from the national 12 and ideally located 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Rouen metropolis for the Olympics in particular, the municipality of Marcilly sur Eure is equipped with local services such as bakery, hairdresser, FDJ tobacco bar, pharmacy, health professionals, Proxi or even street vendors. It takes just 15 minutes to find the first large supermarket. Parking your car can be done on the plot thanks to a space provided for 2 vehicles. To improve comfort during your stay, a reversible air conditioning system is installed. Other things to note Check-in from 5:30pm (earlier possible, contact me) to 7pm.
