With a capacity for 4 to 6 people, 2 beautifully sized bedrooms equipped with a TV, a spacious and warm living space with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kitchen equipment...) and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer, this chalet will offer you a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. A fully enclosed lot and a large sun terrace are at your disposal. For your comfort, towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. On site and to perfect the stay of young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and table tennis tables are at your disposal. Not to mention the possibility, from April to September, to spend good times in an indoor and heated pool as well as a fitness room. For nature lovers, we benefit from large forest areas nearby. On foot, by bike or rollerblading, the Voie Verte de la Vallée de l 'Eure offers you a rural itinerary of 28 kilometers between St Georges Motel and Breuilpont. 15 minutes from the national 12 and ideally located 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Rouennaise metropolis for the JO in particular, the municipality of Marcilly sur Eure is equipped with nearby services such as bakery, hairdresser, FDJ tobacco bar, pharmacy, health professionals, Proxi or street shops. Just 15 minutes away will take you to find the first supermarket. Parking your car can be done on the plot thanks to an equipped space provided for 2 vehicles. To improve comfort during your stay, a reversible air conditioning system is installed. Other things to note Check-in is from 5:30 pm (possible before, contact me) at 7pm. Self check-in and check-out possible. For a late check-in, please get in touch beforehand. Beds made at your arrival and bathroom linen provided.
