The space is 100% yours during your stay. What’s available to you: - 24/7 Self Check-In: Easy entry via a secure key lockbox. You will receive detailed instructions and the access code on your check-in day, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you best. - Building Access: Full access to the building, including the elevator (lift). - Parking: Free use of the secure parking space. - Outdoor Area: Direct access to the Prozivka promenade right at the building's entrance. Other things to note Registration (White Card): To provide your official registration immediately upon arrival, please send us a photo of the passport/ID page for all staying guests via message right after booking or on your check-in day. Check-out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please ensure you leave the apartment by this time so we can prepare it for our next guests. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours: 14:00 – 17:00 and 22:00 – 07:00. No Parties & No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Tap Water: Like in most of Subotica, the tap water is safe for washing and cooking, but we highly recommend using bottled water for drinking.
