Welcome to The Kite House ! Lovely newly refurbished beach house located 50m from the sea. Perfect for Watersports like Kitesurf, Wingfoil, Surf, Paddle, horse riding, bike or just enjoy the clear water in the summer. (Please contact us regarding activities) Suits a couple eventually with 1 or 2 kids (additional beds). You will enjoy your private jacuzzi and the patio to spent time. You need your car to access the area. Free private parking at your convenience. Calm and residential area. The space This beach house villa is distributed around a large central room including the living room, the dining area and the sleeping area. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the accommodation by thick velvet curtains. Its adjoining bathroom has a large sink, italian shower and toilet. You also have a second separated toilet accessible from the main room. The kitchen is accessible through the dining area. It has all the necessary equipment with a large fridge. All the tableware as well as all the decoration have been carefully chosen and made by Tunisian artisans. For the exterior, you have 3 parts. A patio with seats and a coffee table, particularly pleasant at the start and end of the day. The Jacuzzi is positioned on a raised platform with its wooden terrace. You have an outdoor shower after jacuzzi or beach. The entrance to the house is through the large white door. You can park your vehicle there. Or use the large car park located on the private plot next door to which you will have free access. It also has its own skate board ramp for experienced skaters. The beach is accessible on foot 50m away via a small passable sand path. Guest access The Villa is all yours and completely independent Other things to note IMPORTANT *** You need your car in order to fully enjoy the area as public transportation are very limited***
