This modern studio is located in the center of Steinfeld on the first floor of the building.

The city center, restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance quickly and easily. 
For parking, public parking can be used nearby. The space The accommodation is a small 1-room studio. In addition to a double bed (180 x 200 cm, linen is provided), a small sitting area and a spacious wardrobe are available for guests. The apartment is designed for 2 people. The furnishing is modern and new. The studio has a smart TV (incl. Fire TV stick). Streaming services such as Netflix or Disney+ can be used with your own account. Cable and satellite TV are provided free of charge via WAIPU. The bathroom has a large shower. Free toiletries and towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, hotplate, fridge, kettle and Tassimo coffee capsule machine. Guest access The studio is completely at the guests' disposal. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm at any time, contactless and flexible. On the ground floor of the building there are commercial facilities. An external staircase on the side of the building leads to the studios. Other things to note Noise protection: The accommodation is located in the downtown area, directly on a busy street. For noise protection, we have had acoustic curtains made in front of the windows, which our guests can use if necessary.
