Location: Quiet residential neighborhood. 150 m walk to Bus line 8 "Bretéchelle" stop, which will take you in 10 minutes to the Plaisir–Grignon station.  5-min drive to Plaisir Grignon and Plaisir les Clayes train stations. 3 minutes by car from the large shopping centers "Mon Grand Plaisir", "Alpha Park"... and all the small shops (Pharmacy, Bakery, Restaurants...) The space It is comfortably furnished for a relaxing stay: -TV - Free Wi-Fi - A quality sofa bed and brand new mattress. - Linens and towels set up for your arrival - Induction stove, microwave, fridge and mini freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, mini chopper... - All the basics: tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper etc. - Free parking You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the city after a busy day of work or sightseeing. You can get away from it all and recharge your batteries in the countryside with, just 300 m from the accommodation, a passage to the immense Bois d'Arcy State Forest, a few steps further on the Château de Plaisir and its park, and you can even go as far as the Etang de la Cranne... A real change of scenery with all the comforts of the city and its many shops and restaurants. The sound insulation of the walls of the house cuts noise as much as possible. The accommodation is non-smoking but you can use the covered terrace in front of the entrance. For any special requests regarding arrivals and/or departures, they must be requested in advance for approval based on our availability. Guest access You will have the studio for your exclusive use (bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, living room/bed) and will be completely independent.
