Welcome to our 26m2 flat, ideally located in Deauville’s golden triangle, between the racecourse, the restaurants, the beach and the famous casino. Fully equipped, the flat has a functional kitchen where you can easily prepare your meals. The bedroom has a comfortable 140cm double bed and a high quality sofa bed (sheets provided), as well as a small terrace for sunny days. The space - The flat is located on the ground floor. - It has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm) and storage space. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven/microwave, hob and all the utensils you need for cooking. - The bathroom is modern and open to the bedroom, with a shower and toilet. Please note : there is no door separating the bathroom and wc from the bedroom, and the wc is only isolated by a folding screen. - There is a landscaped courtyard to enjoy the sunny days. - The flat is tastefully decorated and has free Wi-Fi and a TV (the TV doesn't receive national channels, so you can enter your codes for platforms such as Netflix or Canal). The area is very quiet and pleasant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Guest access - Accommodation located just 500m from Deauville train station. - Arrival and departure times are from 5pm and before 11am respectively. However, if the accommodation is ready earlier or if we have no tenants the following night, we are happy to be flexible on times. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
