Here the whole family can relax. We rent our city villa during our vacation trips. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby sights such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig and the new Karl's strawberry farm. The A14 is about 5 minutes drive. Make yourself at home. All our daughter's toys can also be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe. The space In our house you can use a total of 130 square meters. Underneath are 1 large living-dining area with open top equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms can also be used as an office), a modern, large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, guest toilet, HWR with washing machine that can be used free of charge. All rooms have (electric) shutters and underfloor heating. Please note that we ourselves live in this house and therefore cannot always completely clean out all cabinets when guests are there. However, we will of course clear out individual compartments for you. The large terrace, which extends over the south and west sides, invites you to sunbathe and relax. A large parasol and patio furniture are provided. You may of course use our grill during your stay. A large playground is available for children. You are welcome to use our daughter's toys. There is also a scooter, a bobby car and tricycle. Guest access Except for a locked room, the entire house may be used. Other things to note A room in the house will be attached. There we then store our personal belongings during your stay.
