Our nice and modern apartment in Ramfjord is the perfect place for your next holiday in Tromsø! The apartment is located in a newly built residential area (2023) only 25 minutes from Tromsø. The apartment has 1 bedroom available, with a brand new Odel Foss continental bed (180x200). Furthermore, the apartment has a nice living room with a large sofa with many seats, and a separate dining area with dining table and chairs. On the outside there is a carport with electric car charger, and a large and nice plot attached to the apartment. The space The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that has two playgrounds, a private barbecue hut, and a specially made obstacle course in the woods nearby for the children. The apartment is located in an area with good northern lights conditions. The area offers a wealth of opportunities. Nearby there is a great artificial grass pitch for those interested in football, and on Ramfjordmoen there is a variety of hiking trails for those interested in hiking and running. In the winter season, ski slopes are groomed just behind the field. In addition, there are top hiking classics such as Tromsdalstinden, Hamperokken and Fagerfjellet in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, there are also great opportunities for ice fishing in winter. In addition, there is a golf course only 20 minutes away at Breivikeidet. Last but not least, the famous Lyngsalpene are nearby. Lyngsalpene is an eldorado for freeriders. The apartment is therefore suitable for a maximum of two people. The apartment has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the bathroom. In the kitchen there is both a coffee maker (moccamaster) and other kitchen utensils, so that you can cook during your stay. The apartment will contain personal items
