A modern newly built maisonette at Chios windmills ready to host you! You can access the beach and the windmills which is one of the landmarks of Chios island. You have access to 3 bedrooms (2p per room), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It can host up to 8 guests with 2 queen size beds, 1 bunk bed and a queen size sofa bed. Baby cribs & baby equipment are available upon request. In walking distance you can find cafeteria, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy & hospital. The space The maisonette is a newly built, modern property which is comfortable for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toast maker and water boiler. There is washing machine and a dryer. Sun boiler keeps the water hot and there are air conditions in every room. There are two TVs with access to Netflix/Disney/Amazon and Internet access (wired & wireless). In the third bedroom you can find books and some board games. We can offer baby crib, baby chair stroller and beach towels for a small fee. Guest access There is a public parking area close to the entrance of the hospital 50-100m from the property. There is also a bus stop with frequent rides to and from the city center. Other things to note In the island of Chios the tap water is not potable. You will find bottled water in the kitchen. Please do not throw paper or other objects in the toilets.
