LONG TERM STAYS. For bookings longer than one month, the property may require a monthly property inspection. This will entail checking for damages, stains etc. DAMAGES. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages may result in damages fees. ADDITIONAL RULES. Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time.
