Ivana-suite is a charming attic apartment with a large terrace overlooking Lake Levico framed by our wonderful mountains. 500 meters from the center and a 5-minute walk from the lake. Independent entrance and equipped with every comfort, elegant and cared for in every detail to give you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. You can enjoy moments of absolute relaxation, but if you wish, within walking distance you will find the Terme di Levico, the center with endless entertainment and nature. The space The accommodation consists of an independent entrance, accessed by a small door where you can park bicycles and strollers in the basement, you go up to the attic and you will find a large landing with hangers and a shoe rack. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a large living room and kitchen finely furnished with a white-beam exposed roof. From the living room, you can access a 25-square-meter terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains through a large glass door. Ivana-Suite has three bedrooms, one double with a romantic wrought iron bed, the second with a maxi double bed and a wooden cot, the third has two single beds, in each room there are large wardrobes to comfortably place everything. It is possible to have two more beds by opening the large sofa in the living room that becomes a double bed, a topper is provided to make it even more comfortable. Finally, there are two bathrooms: the main one with a large shower, toilet, and bidet, and the service one with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. Everything in Ivana-Suite is designed with the intention and experience of feeling at home, only more pampered. I have only recently opened, but every time a guest enters I see the wonder in their eyes and I work with the intention of always seeing that look again. I'm expecting you. In addition to always finding me to welcome you and help you with your luggage, you can park in a large parking lot adjacent to the property we own, so no problem even if there are more cars, there are 5 places. In the case of a single car, it is also possible to leave it in an additional parking space directly in front of the entrance to the house. Once you enter the door with a dedicated numeric keypad, you will have to go up two floors because the apartment is in the attic. I don't have an elevator. Other things to note I have traveled a lot and have always stayed in an apartment, so I don't have much experience as a host, but I know exactly what pleases from personal experience.
