Ivana Suite, Levico Terme

Ivana-suite is a charming attic apartment with a maxi terrace overlooking Lake Levico framed by our wonderful mountains. 500 meters from downtown and 5 minutes on foot from the lake. Independent entrance and equipped with every comfort, elegant and cared for in every detail to give you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. You can enjoy moments of absolute relaxation but if you want you will find the Terme di Levico, the center with endless proposals for entertainment and nature. The space The accommodation consists of an independent entrance, it is accessed by a small door where in the basement you can park bicycles and strollers, go up to the attic and you will find a large landing with hangers and shoe station. Entering the house you will find yourself in a large living room and finely furnished kitchen with an exposed roof in white beams, from the living room you can access through a large glass door to a 25 sqm terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. Ivana-Suite has three bedrooms, one double with romantic wrought iron bed, the second with maxi double bed and wooden toddler bed, the third has two single beds, in each room there are large closets to comfortably place everything. It is possible to have two more beds by opening the large sofa in the living room that becomes double, a topper is provided to make it even more comfortable. Finally, there are two bathrooms, the main one with a large shower, toilet and bidet, and the service bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Everything in Ivana -Suite is designed with the intention and experience of feeling at home just pampered. I recently opened, but every time a guest comes in I see the wonder in their eyes and I work with the intention of always reviewing that look. I'll see you:-) Guest access For those arriving by car, access is from a private road, Via Santa Croce 12 in Levico Terme, in addition to always finding me to welcome you and help you with luggage you can park in a large parking lot adjacent to our property, so no problem even if there are more cars, there are 5 seats. It is possible in the case of a single car to also leave it in an additional parking space directly in front of the front door. Once you enter the door with a dedicated keypad, you will have to climb two floors since the apartment is in the attic. I don't have an elevator. Other things to note I have traveled a lot and have always stayed in the apartment so the hosting experience is limited, but I know exactly what it is like for personal experience.
