Other things to note ** GOOD TO KNOW ** ➤ HOUSEKEEPING: We are not a hotel, so we don't offer daily housekeeping service. However, you can request cleaning for PHP1K per clean. ➤ GENERATOR: In case of power outage, we have a backup generator in the complex, but we strongly advise against using the air conditioning and hot shower during this time as it could overload the generator. Unexpected power outages rarely occur though. ➤ NOTE: There may be a day when you hear noise from the renovation of another unit during the day. ** HOUSE RULES ** These rules are listed to ensure you have an awesome stay while also respecting the building/property owner's rules and not disturbing your fellow neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure these rules are ones that you can follow. ➤ NO SMOKING: If our cleaner reports that the unit smells like smoke, you will be charged PHP10K. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤NO PARTY: Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 8AM. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will ask to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ UNDISCLOSED PERSON: There will be a charge of PHP2K per night for any undisclosed person that is not included in the reservation count. ➤ UNDISCLOSED PETS: There will be a charge of PHP10K for any undisclosed pet. ➤ TAMPERING OF SECURITY DEVICES: You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined PHP5K and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched. ➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to availability. There is a small fee of PHP500 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of PHP2000 per hour. You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by the platform or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose resolution.
