Port Albert, Wilsons Prom Hike, and Toms Cap Vineyard are just a few of the nearby attractions in the area. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform guests that there may be occasional farm vehicles passing by during their stay with us, as we are a working farm with animals and crops. For a restful farm stay, we recommend bringing earplugs. If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Bush Retreat 1," located 80 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including our acre garden. Other things to note - No smoking allowed on the property - Outdoor fire is available for guests to use - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please do not enter animal paddocks with cattle in them as they may easily be frightened - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Please be advised that we have livestock and occasional farm vehicles that may drive past during your stay with us as we are a working farm that cares for animals and crops. Thus, Not a Safe Environment for Young Children. Important note: - Please follow the safety precautions recommended by the land host at the farm - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
