Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, duel sink, knife block, electric mixer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO Pods). Dining with 6 seater table, living area with 3 seater lounge, 2 single lounge chairs, remote operated fan/light, Smart TV, blue-ray player, blue tooth speaker, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. All bedrooms with a remote controlled fan/light, 3rd bedroom with a small TV (not smart). Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, sink. Large deck at rear with table/chairs, sun bed, cane lounge with 2 chairs, hooded gas BBQ, outdoor bait freezer, dryer. Small cubby house for the kids! Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - quilt covers, pillow cases, top/bottom sheets towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - double plus bunk. No smoking inside DOG FRIENDLY- $100 pet bond applies - secure fenced area - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking. The Pines is a small seaside settlement with a lovely beach and small shop/take-away. With only a short drive to Corny Point where you can find a small general store for basic goods and take-aways, as well as the Howling Dog Tavern. Take a drive to the Corny Point Light House and the scenic drive to some of the most beautiful beaches. It's an easy drive from The Pines to Marion Bay and then onto Stenhouse Bay and glorious Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.
