The space Chandelier Sky Mansion is a generous and luxurious retreat designed for guests looking for a truly exceptional experience. The villa offers four elegant bedrooms - two with a private bathroom and two sharing a spacious marble bathroom. The bedrooms overlook the landing and take-off planes, as the villa is only 10 minutes from the airport. The heart of the house is an impressive living space with a living Buccida Buceras tree planted in the water. The atmosphere is completed by iconic chandeliers and lights by Kenneth Cobonpue, which also appear in Louis Vuitton projects. The interior combines modern luxury, nature and art in a unique harmonious whole. The outdoor area offers a 6-meter swim spa, an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a relaxation zone with garden views. The swim spa is intended primarily for swimming - it is not a jacuzzi. The optimal temperature for comfortable use is around 28 °C, depending on the weather, it can be heated up to 31 °C. To maintain the temperature, it is essential to always fit the cover correctly after use; if the cover is not fitted correctly, the water cools down quickly. We always prepare beds according to the number of guests in the reservation. If you have specific sleeping layout requirements (such as separate beds), please let us know in advance and we will be happy to accommodate. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the villa, including the garden, swim spa and outdoor seating. The swim spa is available to guests throughout their stay. An outdoor sauna can be booked for a fee of 100 EUR / 4 hours. Parking is available directly in the garage or on the street. Other things to note House Rules Please read the rules listed on Airbnb carefully. Violations of the rules (especially parties, unauthorized visits and exceeding the number of guests) may lead to cancellation of the stay without refund. Deposit via Swikly (Airbnb compliant) A refundable deposit of €500 is required before arrival. The deposit is processed through Swikly, an international service used by professional hosts, fully compatible with Airbnb for host APIs and external deposit solutions. This is only an authorization, not a payment. Nothing is deducted from the account unless there is damage. The guest pays a one-time processing fee of €7.45 (1.44% of the deposit + €0.25). Swikly fees in case of deduction of deposit (damages) If damage occurs and part or all of the deposit is used: Swikly charges a service fee of 5% of the amount of damage claimed + €0.25 per transaction. This fee applies to each case where part of the deposit is claimed. This is a standard process for all deposit companies. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation may be cancelled. Guest registration According to Czech legislation, all guests are required to fill out a registration form before arrival. We use a secure Chekin system that sends data directly to the foreign police system. Insects The villa is located in a private garden; insects or arachnids may appear, especially when the windows are open. There are no dangerous insects in the Czech Republic. Swim Spa The swim spa is primarily for swimming, it is not a jacuzzi. Normal temperature: 28 °C Maximum temperature: up to 31 °C (depending on outdoor conditions) The cover must always be fitted correctly after use, otherwise the water cools down quickly Use is allowed until 10:00 p.m. due to night peace Sauna Outdoor sauna is available on reservation: 100 € / 4 hours. Warm-up time: 30–40 minutes.
