Welcome to the Serendipity Suite! Entirely designed and recently renovated (Dec. 23) to offer you all the comforts you need, this is an invitation to relax. We will be pleased to offer you a welcome cocktail and 2 breakfast vouchers (except between 25.08 and 25.10) The Suite is located in the heart of the Anse des Rochers residence, on the 2nd (top) floor of Le Flamboyant, overlooking the palm grove, between the pool and the beach. This appartement is for 2 people and 1 child (-10 years old) The space The open-plan studio is equipped with : - A separate toilet with washing machine and dryer area - An attractive dressing room running the length of the entrance hallway. - Comfortable bedding, including a 160 x 200cm bed and a 90x150 sofa-bed for a child under 10. - Connected Smart TV - SFR fiber WIFI - An attractive, fully-equipped kitchen (SMEG fridge, oven, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, blender, classic Nespresso, Berkey water filter, 3-burner electric hob, raclette grill, plenty of storage space...). - Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. - A small balcony area ideal for aperitifs. - Available for your stay: tennis rackets, mini-golf club, wristband for pool access, small beach chair, board games, etc. - All household linen, sheets, towels, beach towels, bathrobes, tea towels. We'll be delighted to offer you an apéritif and a delicious breakfast at the Ti'Coco restaurant on the beach. The restaurant will be closed between the 25.08 and the 25.10 ! Guest access The Serendipity studio is located in the heart of the Anse des Rochers residence, featuring a large infinity pool with sea view, a paddling pool for children, a small private beach, a beach restaurant (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner), food truck, tennis court, bowling green and mini-golf course. Other things to note The Serendipity suite is a 5-minute drive from the town of Saint-François, with its many restaurants, marina, casino, 18-hole international golf course, fishing port and more.
