-AirHOME TOKYO EBISU- Our facility is a 2story building (We are in the corner room on the 1st floor) located in a quiet residential area. It is a 6mins walk to Ebisu station, one train stop to Shibuya station. Access to downtown areas, as well as central Tokyo and tourist spots, is very handy. The space *Room Introduction* The rooms are decorated with warm colors and wood base. The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen space, furniture, appliances, and cooking utensils. Please enjoy your stay as if you were in your own home in Japan. <Main Room> Apartment Type 1bedroom (35㎡) 1F Maximum 4 people can stay (2 double beds) Children up to 6 years old stay for free (adult rate from 7 years old) Free Wi-Fi <Bedroom>11.8㎡ Double bed x 2 Closet Air Conditioner 15.5㎡ Dining table Chair Flat screen TV <Kitchen> Refrigerator IH stove Microwave oven Cooking utensils Electric kettle Mixer Coffee maker <Laundry> Washing machine (with laundry detergent and fabric softener) Shampoo, conditioner, body soap Bath and face towels Hair dryer Iron Baby strollers, cribs, baby chairs, and baby bathtubs are available in the rooms. <Check in : 4:00PM~> <Check out : ~11:00AM> We are an unmanned facility, so we do not provide room service, However, if you have any problems or run out of supplies, please contact us via message. No smoking in the building. Guest access The entire room is reserved for you, so you can come and go as you please 24 hours a day after check-in. Please enjoy your stay as if it were your own room. Please be quiet at night and early in the morning. Please be considerate to neighbors. Other things to note 1. Smoking is not permitted in this facility. (*Including electronic cigarettes) Please refrain from smoking on the balcony or at the entrance of the property. 2. Parties and loud music are prohibited. 3. No one other than the people who made the reservation in advance are allowed to enter the room. If discovered or found, you will be charged an additional fee. 4. Pets are not allowed in the room. 5. ""Name"", ""Address"", ""Occupation"", ""Sex"", ""Date of Birth"", ""Age"", ""Nationality"", ""*Previous Destination"", ""*Next Destination"", ""*Passport Number"" are required before the accommodation starts. Please enter the information in the URL that will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. (* is only for those who do not have an address in Japan) . 6. Home Wi-Fi is available but please bring your own pocket WIFi etc. for outside use. 7. As this is a private accommodation, guests are responsible for cleaning their rooms and doing their own laundry during their stay. Please ask us about garbage collection during your stay. 8. Littering of garbage or cigarettes inside the facility or in the neighborhood If you smoke inside the room or on the premises, you will be fined 20,000 yen. If we receive complaints from neighbors, you will be asked to leave the premises. 9. Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted in principle. In principle, we do not accept early check-ins or late check-outs, but we may be able to accommodate you. If late check-out causes a problem with cleaning work or the next guest, we will charge you a fee accordingly. Finally, Our main goal is to make your visit to Tokyo and Japan enjoyable.
