Close by, you'll find municipal tennis courts, basketball and football courts, a playground, and the picturesque Karavomylos lake. A scenic walk along the sea under eucalyptus trees leads to Sami Bay, just 1.5 km away. Sami is a bustling port town with regular ferry connections to the Greek mainland, Ithaca, and Italy, and it offers essential amenities such as a pharmacy, bank, and a small hospital. The famous Melissani Lake Cave is only 500 meters away, Drogarati Cave with its stunning stalactites and stalagmites is 3.5 km away, and the breathtaking Myrtos Beach is just 15 km from the apartment. Other things to note The shared, unheated pool measures 12.5m x 5.0m (41.01 feet x 16.40 feet) and is available for use by all residents.
