Located in a leafy, residential suburb, you’ll have quick access to the Dona Paula and Miramar beaches, with Panjim city center and casinos being a short drive away. The space Our independent duplex bungalow consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 1 bedroom and attached bathroom located on the ground floor and remaining on the first floor, accessible via stairs. Please note that one of the bedrooms on the first floor is ensuite. (Stag or all-male groups are not allowed). Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a queen bed, wardrobe, sofa or chairs, air conditioner, ceiling fan, warm lights and bedside reading lamps. Two the bedrooms have their own private balconies. The open-plan living and dining room is air-conditioned and features a plush, comfy 3-piece sofa centered around a 55-inch smart Sony TV alongside a solid-wood 6-seater dining table. You can enjoy your meals and drinks using the ample dinnerware and drinkware provided. Stream your favorite shows or work on your laptop using the high-speed WIFI internet, which boasts of speeds of 150 mbps. The dining/living room opens to the well-stocked kitchen which features a gas stove, water filter, essential appliances such as microwave, blender, toaster, and electric kettle, all cooking utensils, and dinnerware and glassware. There is a washing machine installed in case you wish to do some laundry (for drying, you can use the rack placed in a dedicated space on the patio). In case you face a power outage, you’ll have access to the WIFI, lights and fans thanks to the installed inverter. Our home has a dedicated private parking space sufficient for 2 cars. There is plenty of on-street parking space available in case you have more than 2 cars. Damage Deposit: We require a damage deposit of 5000 rupees at the time of check-in, which is refunded at the time of check-out and if no damage has occurred to the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire bungalow. This includes the 4 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, living-dining room, kitchen and patio. Other things to note We have a caretaker whose responsibilities include daily housekeeping, assisting you with the orientation of the property when you arrive, and helping move your luggage to your rooms as well as purchasing groceries from the nearby supermarket on your behalf. He does not live on the property and will coordinate with you regarding what time he should arrive at to complete his work. Please note that cleaning is done every day. Fresh bed and bath linens are put on the day of check-in and replaced on every third day after that. NO all-male or stag groups are allowed.
