Included are luxuries like a spacious king-size bed, Wi-Fi, ample wardrobe space, cooling fans, and various other indispensable conveniences. Moreover, a private en-suite bathroom awaits, featuring a bathtub positioned to overlook the serene expanse of forest and rolling hills beyond. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom features a balcony, offering the delight of awakening to mist-kissed mornings and captivating vistas of the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary. Included are luxuries like a spacious queen-size bed, single bed, Wi-Fi, wardrobe space, cooling fans, and various other conveniences. Adding to its allure, it also offers an ensuite bathroom, a second balcony, and an attic space—perfect for children to explore its cosy confines. BATHROOMS There are a total of 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with geysers for hot water, essential towels, and basic toiletries for the guest's convenience. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. GAZEBO Adorned with traditional khaats and charpoys, this outdoor area adjacent to the gym and pool provides an idyllic setting for cherished moments. Additionally, furnished with sofa-style seating, this space accommodates up to 8 people, ensuring a relaxed and cosy gathering space for guests. They can also dine here. GYM & GAMES AREA For fitness enthusiasts seeking to sustain their healthy routines during a retreat, an open gym equipped with all essential fitness gear awaits. A dedicated game zone beckons, complete with foosball, darts, carrom, chess, and cards—an inviting space for spirited gaming sessions. Additionally, a dedicated cricket pitch is available for guests, offering the perfect arena to indulge in thrilling cricket matches. PLUNGE POOL Undoubtedly, a key highlight of this property is the charming plunge pool, complimented by a cosy deck area, adding relaxation to the ambiance. The pool is 15.6x12.6 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in size. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Please note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms out of which guests can access only 2 bedrooms. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Breakfast is complimentary.  - All other vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbeque kit/grill can be arranged and set up at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour.  - Other experiences such as treks to the nearby elephant crossing corridor and other scenic spots can be arranged for no additional costs. - Guests can access the open gym and gaming zone for no additional charge. - We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 exclusive of meal charges. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
