This 6-person accommodation has single-story access to a beautiful terrace and is located between meadow and forest with a superb unobstructed view of the fields. You will be seduced by the quality of the amenities combined with the authenticity of the old and the charm of the stone walls. All this offers a perfect balance between contemporary comfort and historic charm. The space This 95m² home sleeps 6 people. It is composed of: - Entrance with dressing room open to the outside through an archaic stone bay - 18m2 kitchen -Lounge/Living room of 25m2 - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet The cottage has a large L-shaped terrace, accessible directly from the large living room. The garden is thus directly accessible. With large bay windows, the accommodation is very bright and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature. You may also have the chance to observe wild animals during your stay. The accommodation offers quality services such as a full heated floor, fully equipped kitchen, bedding and quality bathrooms. In addition, you will have access to a ski and bike room, a waxing bench for skis. Guest access The location of the farm offers a peaceful setting at the end of a 600 m forest path. Access by car is from the D25 connecting Prémanon to Morez, passing in front of the Prémonval holiday center. However, located less than 800 m from the center of Prémanon, you have access on foot via the forest trails to all the shops near the village (grocery stores, restaurant, ice rink, etc.). The Alpine and Nordic ski areas of the Rousses Resort are located for the most part in the municipality of Prémanon. You can put on your cross-country skis from the village center and Alpine skis in 5 minutes by car. In winter, ski buses will allow you to access all the ski areas and all the amenities of the resort (bus stop located less than 600 m from the house). No need to travel for hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trips, the farm is located in the heart of this natural area! You'll be able to leave directly from your accommodation!
