The property is in a prime location in the famous Motomachi Shopping District, with good public transportation, 3 minutes on foot from Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Minatomirai Line), 8 minutes on foot from Ishikawacho Station (JR), 90 minutes to Narita Airport, 20 minutes to Haneda Airport, 30 minutes to Tokyo Station, and 40 minutes to Ueno Station! Nearby, Yokohama Chinatown, Motomachi Shopping Street, Yamashita Park, Minato Mirai Park, and the Red Brick Warehouse are all within walking distance, and popular tourist spots such as the Landmark Tower and Cosmo World are just a short walk away. Speaking of "food" in Yokohama, it is Yokohama Chinatown. It's also a 1-minute walk from our property! You can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine while in Japan. The room can accommodate up to 10 people, so it is recommended for family trips, as well as for groups with the same hobbies and training camps. The space The room is very spacious (about 135 m²) and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55-inch large internet TV (Netflix, YouTube), washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen, etc. Of course, we replace all sheets, futon covers, and pillow covers with new ones for each reservation. There are 2 shower rooms, and body soap, rinse-in shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrushes, bath towels & face towels are provided. There are also two toilets (with washlets), so even large groups can feel at ease. Feel free to use all the indoor equipment. We provide almost everything you need for daily life. All employees are working hard to maintain hygiene so that guests can have a clean and comfortable stay. Guest access Appliances come with instruction manuals, so you have nothing to worry about. Washing and simple cooking are okay, but please be careful around the fire (IH heater). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions during your stay! Other things to note Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, but if you are willing to post a comment after your stay, we can offer some flexibility with the times, so please let us know. Please be considerate of the neighbors during your stay. Strictly no loud music. If we find out that you have used the accommodation for more people than you applied for, we may charge you for the extra use, so be sure to let us know. Please separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, and recyclable (cans, PET bottles, bottles). (If you don't know, leave it in the room). All rooms are non-smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Do not let infants play on the veranda without adult supervision. Be sure to lock the room when you leave.
