Locanda Pinà

The B&B Locanda Pinà is a non-entrepreneurial accommodation facility, immersed in the green of the Marche hills. Located in a farmhouse in the open countryside, one hundred meters above sea level and three kilometers from the coast, it offers a quiet and relaxing environment. Imagine yourself sitting in the shade of the mulberry trees, watching the quiet and slow passing of the warm summer days, accompanied by the song of the cicadas and refreshed by a breeze that smells of the sea and cut wheat. The price per night is for a single room, guaranteeing an intimate and peaceful stay. The space Locanda Pinà is one of two adjacent apartments in a country house owned by Marco, who lives in the other apartment with his children Alessandro and Francesco and, during the summer, with his partner Rosaria. Access to the property is from the main street, through a large gate that leads to the courtyard where you can easily park cars or motorcycles. The entrances are independent and the reception is guaranteed by Marco and his family. Guests can arrive from 1:00 p.m. until midnight. At the top of the stairs are the numbered lockboxes with combination, located on the right near the door of the sleeping area, while on the left is the door of the breakfast room. The key to the assigned room is in the box with the room number, the code for which will be communicated at check-in. The bathroom is shared with a maximum of five total guests. In the hallway, available to everyone, there is a small refrigerator, a kettle for water, and a selection of books for favorite reading. The Wi-Fi network is available with the password indicated on the inside of each door. The rooms do not have TVs. Continental breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., with service assistance available. The rooms and bathroom are cleaned from 10:30 a.m. onwards, and it is requested that you kindly vacate them by that time. Guests can enjoy the large garden with chairs and tables in the shade. For mountain bike lovers, Marco is happy to point out dirt trails to explore the surroundings. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedrooms, bathroom, breakfast room during breakfast and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is not available for guests. During your stay Guests will be able to find us in the adjoining apartment, in the outdoor spaces and we will be present during breakfast and cleaning. Two emergency call bells are located in the shared bathroom and on the breakfast room door, which also communicate with the adjacent apartment. However, we will be available via cell phone 347/5756818 in case we are absent. Other things to note The price refers to a single room. There is no battery charging for electric vehicles.
