This gorgeous townhouse is newly renovated and located in the highly sought after beachside suburb of Nelson Bay. The perfect getaway for families, or larger groups, No. 2 is the second townhouse of 3. The space Each of the three townhouses sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and 2 long single beds that can be combined into one king upon request. Each townhouse also features a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower, internal laundry with an additional toilet plus wash/dryer combo. Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach! The yard is perfect for family time, with a shared BBQ area and space for the kids (or adults) to run and play. Guest access Included in your booking are 1 car space in the garage, and additional street parking, free wifi, bed linen, bath towels, and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required. Other things to note Pets: One small-medium house trained dog is welcome to stay with you at Luana. Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house, the yard is not fenced. A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required. We supply a small amount of amenities to get you started for your stay: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, laundry and dishwashing supplies.
