Each unit offers an elegant kitchen, a living room with a 75-inch TV, a bedroom with a workspace, and a spacious bathroom. Ideally located near the A6 motorway, the train to Paris (1 hour away), and free parking. Just steps away from shops, restaurants, cultural sites, and the lively Saturday market. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The sofa bed is a clic clac and therefore an additional bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Please take this into account when making your reservations. If you are 4 adults, feel free to also rent our second adjoining duplex. The accommodation is located on the 1st and last floor of a small building facing the Loing River and Champ-de-Mars. It is a 53m2 duplex, newly renovated and fully equipped. We have a second 52m2 duplex attached to this one, which can be booked at the same time to accommodate up to 8 travelers while maintaining privacy. Nemours is only 15 minutes away from the Château de Fontainebleau and its forest, offering a multitude of activities: Climbing Mountain biking (You'll be very close to the famous Scandibérique) Tree climbing Canoeing Kayaking Hiking Visit to the Castle and its gardens Museums Theater, etc. Upon request, we can provide our baby pack (€35 per stay), which includes: a crib, high chair, and baby dishes.
