Please feel right at home. The hallway leads to the bathroom with barrier-free shower, towels, hand soap, hairdryer and washing machine for free use. You can also reach the cosy living/dining/kitchen area via the hallway, which offers the greatest possible get-together with your friends/family with its modern living situation. The pantry kitchen includes standard equipment for your own catering. The kitchen island with additional work surface flows into the dining area. From there you have a wonderful view of the green garden and it connects the room with the terrace. The living area presents a cosy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for a 3rd and 4th guest. There is also a Smart TV with Netflix at your disposal. The sofa bed area can be separated from the rest of the room by an additional curtain to provide more privacy. From the common room you can access the terrace with 4 seats and a relaxing view of the green, quiet garden. You also have access to a separate bedroom with a heavenly queen-size box-spring bed and plenty of space for clothes. All rooms have a roller shutter to darken the room. Guest access As I am unfortunately unable to welcome you personally, there is a self-check-in to my flat via a key box. The self-check-in offers you the greatest possible flexibility, as you can check in independently at any time from 3 pm without having to make arrangements with a host. You will receive detailed information by e-mail 4 days before your arrival. Other things to note The entire flat is at your sole disposal. We also provide you with high-quality hotel bed linen and, of course, fresh towels and hand soap. In the kitchen you will also find basic equipment such as washing-up liquid, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. The private parking space in front of the flat and a lockable bicycle storage room, which is accessible via the lift, offer great added value. Please complete the registration form before check-in.
