Large cottage in the countryside near Chinon

In the countryside, close to Chinon, this old house with pool is the ideal place to have a pleasant stay with friends and family. It is equipped with an independent kitchen, a dining room, a living room overlooking the terrace and the pool, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with toilets, one of which is independent. Embellished with a large garden where you'll find relaxing spots, it's ideally located for hiking, biking, or horseback riding departures. The space SPECIAL WEEKEND: if you book two nights (Friday and Saturday) you can arrive on Friday evening (5 p.m.) and stay until Sunday evening. 4 bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet, have 1 double bed of 160 by 200 that can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 by 200. 1 bedroom with bathroom, toilet and large mezzanine has 4 single beds of 90 by 190 that can be put into a double bed of 180 by 190. (Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase and is not necessarily suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children) One of the rooms is independent of the house and its access is from the outside. The configuration of the beds ( double or single) must be requested at the time of booking. Linens (sheets and duvet covers, towels, kitchen towels) are provided with the rental. (Beds are made upon arrival). The end of stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Bath linens for the pool are also provided with the rental. For babies, the cottage has two umbrella beds, a chair booster, a high chair, a toilet reducer and a potty. Guest access Vehicle parking is inside the courtyard which is fully fenced The house has a large garden, a terrace with pool and a courtyard where you have free access. However, for safety reasons, the cave part is not accessible. Other things to note The fully dedicated pool for the cottage is open from early May to late October depending on weather conditions and is heated from mid-May to mid-September. It is secured with an alarm (and the possibility of adding a removable barrier) and is accessible without time restrictions. On the other hand, to ensure the maintenance and control of the water quality, a person will come by every day. The schedule will be based on your convenience. For reservations during the holiday season, you'll have a decorated Christmas tree in the living room.
