In terms of climate control, there is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom, a gas heater in the living area, and ceiling fans in bedrooms 2 & 3.  The property also has a private back yard area with outdoor furniture for an al fresco dining option. This courtyard has a gate which leads directly to one of the resort playground and BBQ areas.
