You will never forget the fantastic view from the 15th floor. After joint excursions, you can experience wonderful moments with your loved ones in the living/dining area with an open kitchen. In the two cozily furnished bedrooms, you can recharge your batteries for new adventures. The bathroom with large tub invites you to relax and unwind. You can swim extensively in the in-house pool and the in-house sauna (cost €3) completes your stay with us. The space We warmly welcome you to our high-quality penthouse at Panoramic Hotel Hohegeiß. Be enchanted by a breathtaking view over the beautiful Harz Mountains and immerse yourself in the myths and legends of the Upper Harz Mountains. The penthouse on the 15th floor offers you enough space for 4-6 people on approx. 80 m². In the 2 cozily furnished bedrooms, which are equipped with a hotel bed and a box-spring bed, you will find peace and quiet and you can recover and relax from a long day. In the modern furnished living/dining area with open and fully equipped kitchen you can relax, read, laugh, eat and cook delicious meals together. The living area has two sofas that can be converted into a third sleeping option for 2 people. In the dining area, you will find enough space at the large table to experience moments together. The bathroom has a large bathtub that invites you to relax and a spacious shower. A washing machine is also available. On mild summer evenings, you can enjoy the sunset on the large roof terrace, with a south view over the valley. In the house there is a pool that can be used with your spa card at no extra charge and a sauna that can be used for about €3 (by appointment). In November, the swimming pool is closed due to maintenance. The rental price is reduced during this time. There are also many different leisure activities & amenities such as, • Mini golf • Billiards • Foosball • Air hockey • Playroom for our youngest visitors • Large playground • Hiking trails •Cafe • Snack machines (only accepts hard coins!) Surroundings: Shopping for small needs and restaurants are within walking distance. If you want to make a larger purchase, you will find in the neighboring village of Benneckenstein (approx. 5 minutes' drive), among other things, an NP market and a Norma. About the house: The facility was built in the early 1970s and is currently being updated. The parking garage with parking deck is currently under construction and is unfortunately not available at this time. Directions & parking: One-way street system - please follow the signs in the village (Panoramic Hotel). Around the property you will find parking spaces that can be used FREE OF CHARGE. The house entrance of house 1 is in the time from 09/09/2024 from approx. 12:00 pm until 09/16/2024 closed. In November, the swimming pool is closed due to maintenance work. The rental price is reduced during this time. The roof terrace is open to the neighboring terrace on the west side (escape route)
