Bright Holiday Home with Hot Tub | Near Breda

This spacious vacation home has recently been refurbished and is a wonderful place in a beautiful area where you can relax, enjoy nature and is also centrally located when you want to make a trip to the big cities such as Breda or Tilburg. You can enjoy hiking along the fields, cycling, golfing, and there are also nice eateries nearby. For the children, there are many fun excursions in the area such as the Efteling and Beekse bergen. So it's a real vacation for everyone! The space The chalet consists of a spacious living room and kitchen with dining area, sitting area with television and lounge chair that can also be used as an extra sleeping place. In the living room, there is air conditioning, making it wonderfully cool in summer and nice and warm in winter. The kitchen has a combination microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo. There is also a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and kitchen textiles available. We provide coffee, tea and accessories for the first days. There is also toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and pepper and salt for the first days. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower with both a separate shower head and a rain shower. Also, there are two towels per person. In both bedrooms, there are two box-spring beds. In one room, this is a double bed, and in the other room, two separate box spring beds. The beds will be made for you before arrival. There is also a large closet wall in the bedroom where clothes can be both laid down and hung up. In this cabinet wall you will also find a camping bed if necessary and the boiler with thermostat for heating the chalet. Around the chalet is a lovely green garden with terrace where you can also fully enjoy the natural surroundings and the tranquility. The garden is fenced with a fence, so ideal with children or dogs. Also there is a hot tub in the garden that you can use. You can bring your own wood or request it from us for a fee. The terrace is located on the side with the sliding door, so when the weather is already a bit nice, it can be opened and you can enjoy the inside and outside even more. On the terrace, there is a dining table with four chairs, and there is also a picnic table and two sun loungers in the garden. For the children, there is a trampoline, and in the garden shed, you will find garden cushions, a barbecue, and outdoor toys. Guest access The chalet is fully available with fenced garden and private parking space. Other things to note The thermostat is located in the cabinet wall in the bedroom, where you can control the temperature. Preference is given to heating with the air conditioning. Also please leave the ventilation grille open and when leaving windows on tilt for proper ventilation. Thanks and have a very nice stay!
