This charming cottage will delight you with its bucolic, warm and friendly side. Whether you're passing through, with family or in the area for work, your serenity will return if it had left you. For little ones, a park 50 m from the cottage is dedicated to them. In the same place for older children, fitness trail, tennis court with basketball hoops, ping pong table, petanque courts, soccer. Large pump track 100 m from the chalet, remember to bring your bikes! The space The chalet is 20 min from Troyes, 40 min from Sens, 1h30 from Paris (direct access to the Vulaines motorway via the D660), 1 hour from Chablis and Auxerre. 2 real bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a double bed + 1 bunk bed ( 1 seat) 1 small bedroom to accommodate a baby. Possibility of adding a baby crib. You will not need to take all the equipment for your little one, almost everything is on site: sunbed, cocoonababy, doomoo, highchair, small mat to lengthen baby, booster, bathtub, silicone dishes for the little ones, sheets and duvet, sterilizer. You will not need to provide your towels/bed linens), everything is included as well. In the living room, Orange TV channels with Netflix access for adults and access for the little ones. Outside: You will have a very nice enclosed garden of 800m2 in which you can rest in the sun or in the shade of the trees in the sunbeds. Garden furniture, barbecue, brazier (charcoal not included) will enhance your evenings! All photos are either of the cottage and its grounds, or around (max 100m!) Equipment provided for fun: ping pong/tennis/badminton rackets, balls and ruffles. Balloon. Petanque balls A large pumptrack has just been built 100m from the chalet. Remember to take your bikes! ( protections too) You'll love it! Note: This is a cottage, not a hotel. We only provide what's listed in the listing, and that's already not bad 😉😊 Thank you for your kindness! Guest access You can park your vehicles in the yard or even outside in front of the cottage. The entire accommodation with its yard and garden is accessible. Only the garage remains closed. The cleanliness of our home is our priority. The cottage is lined with trees and surrounded by nature. The presence of small insects is sometimes unavoidable.
