Our standard is to change your bed-linen once a week and provide basic cleaning every 3rd day. Towels will be changed according to your request. -Extra bed will be provided when guests have paid extra person fee. Its about 700m away (approximately 10 minutes walk) from our place. - Please be advised that the swimming pool located at the front of the house will not be operational. Otherwise, Guests are free to use the Pool located in Marina Square (300m away from our place) and Waterfront area (600m away from our place). Guests can walk on foot to go the pool, approximately 8 minutes or we have electric vehicles to take you there and back. Buggy car operating hours: 9AM - 8PM. Guest access - Dry Laundry Service available. - Free Laundry and Dryer machine access on 2nd, 4th and 6th floor. The cost for 4 seats car: is 250.000 VND per trip. The cost for 16 seats car: is 700.000 VND per trip. (Pick up or Drop off before 8AM or after 8PM will be extra 100,000vnd) Note: Non-refundable on airport service If you booked the service but did not use it, you will still have to pay the fee upon arrival at the property. Other things to note - The price of this listing is set up by the number of guests. - Visitors can access your suite from 7 AM to 10 PM. After this hour, visitors must be registered as staying overnight and additional charge may apply. - If you need to check-in early or check-out late, you will have to pay an additional fee.
