You'll have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets: everything is less than 5 minutes' walk from the flat without the nuisance of staying on the main street with late noise from bars & restaurants. 2/ A TOP-QUALITY, FULLY-EQUIPPED DUPLEX APARTMENT This 5-room 130 m2 duplex flat comfortably sleeps 8 people (with the option of sleeping 9 thanks to a small sofa bed). ***Rez-de-chaussée*** You will find : - A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances (induction hob, fridge, microwave, espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, etc.) - A dining room separate from the living room for greater comfort - A lounge area with a large corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV - 2 double bedrooms with quality bedding and plenty of storage space (wardrobe) - 1 bathroom with separate WC *** 1st floor*** The ideal family cocoon, the 1st floor is a living space in its own right. You will enjoy a large bedroom with a double bed and TV, opening onto a mountain area with 1 bunk bed. A door separates these 2 areas. To complete the first floor, you can relax in a ‘Petit Salon’ area with sofa. There is also a separate shower room. The upstairs really is a haven of peace for the family, while remaining functional with all amenities. 3/ HOTEL-STYLE COMFORT AND SERVICES Just like a hotel, but with premium comfort and larger surface areas. This flat is managed by an agency specialising in flat rental to provide you with personalised services! Included in your rental : - Beds made on arrival - Linen provided (depending on the number of people) - Cleaning at the end of your stay - Possibility of mid-stay cleaning (extra charge) - Assistance with your booking until the end of your stay - Restaurant recommendations in Chamonix Our local concierge agency, Pangea Services based in Les Houches, are available to assist you to plan your stay. An outdoor Jacuzzi is also available (on request) on the building's terrace. Another strong point of the flat is that you will have access to a private parking space at the foot of the property. (Parking is very difficult in the centre of Chamonix). We do not accept pets (even small ones). The flat and the residence are completely non-smoking.
